the only plus of this hotel is the location in downtown
1) dirty bed linen (big traces of urine). linen changed only after the scandal 2) $ 100 deposit is not refundable 3) Breakfast is two slices of bread and tea or instant coffee 4) free internet worked fewer hours per day 5) the stench of cigarette smoke in the room due to poor ventilation 6) no shampoo and soap in the bathroom 7) water from the bathroom is not going away 8) I think the hotel takes a lot of money and does not meet quality standards. For the same money you could find much better 9) this is the dirtiest and worst hotel in which I stayed

The better part about the hotel was it's tariff & location - a few minutes walk from Jalan Bukit Bintang & the monorail station.
(a) The immediate vicinity seemed to be neglected by the municipal authorities - not very clean & garbage collection backlog! (b) The bathroom was tiny - even smaller than a typical Singapore hotel (c) the internet connection was erratic (d) breakfast was very basic, at best - just bread & butter/jam, some tea...

Staff tried to be helpful but you have to remind them before you get service. Room was large enough for family
Room was not ready when we checked in around 3:20 p.m. At night found bed sheets were not changed. Lot of hair from previous customer. Bed sheets changed at night on 3rd complaint.1 of 2 showers was not working. Repaired and broke again after 2 days. Finally an electric socket was changed. No continental breakfast as advertised. only tea, coffee, water, diluted juice, sliced bread. No butter or cheese or jam.Staff said employee did not report they were out of stock. Did not take any breakfast for the 7 days we stayed there. Internet signal in room was low and could not be used. Internet at lobby was intermittent and they had to reset the modem now and then and they said it was a Telecom problem in the region. Water interruption one morning.

The hotel is located near to Bukit Bintang, the hotel staff are helpful and friendly, and the rooms are big enough for me and family.
Although the hotel is strategically located, the backstreets where it is situated are very dirty and rats (dead or alive) could easily be spotted. The room's ventilation is very poor. In the apartment we stayed, we could smell cigarettes' smoke. It was so bad on the first night that my little son had asthma attacks and was hospitalized for 3 days in Kuala Lumpur! We initially thought the smoke was from the previous occupants. Later (on the final evening of our stay), when the smoke returned we discovered that the smoke actually came from the apartment next door. Apparently, someone next door had his ventilation fan turned on while smoking (in his room or bathroom) and the smoke entered our room through our bathroom's ventilation.

Location
There is an issue regarding the deposit of RM100 which the manager had promised to call us back. However, he did not return the call even after 2 days. There are grey areas about the disputed deposit claim from both side but at least a call would have been great.
